Copies of my book on prayer were officially presented to The Scripture Union (SU) of Ghana and Joyful Way Incorporated at the Scripture Union Offices in Accra on 14th July 2004. The book was dedicated to these two groups, and the inter-Halls Christian Fellowship of KNUST, for the part they played in the development of my prayer life when I was growing up in Christ. My wife and I were originally converted and biblically taught through Dr. Wilson Awasu who worked for the Scripture Union of Ghana. Our membership in the Scripture Union in our secondary schools gave us the firm scriptural foundation for our present Christianity and ministry.
Mr. Jude Hama, General Director for Ghana SU received the book on behalf of Ghana SU, and Mr. Kofi Ankama Asamoah, a Joyful Way Associate, received it on behalf of Joyful Way Incorporated. A copy will be later presented to IHCF in Kumasi.
The occasion was covered by Ghana’s leading newspaper, the Daily Graphic, and the story was featured in the Friday July 16, 2004 edition of the paper.
